Thankyou so much emmanual. Brilliant dentist, Made me feel at ease, he provided me full dental plan and even said feel free to get another dentist to check it was fair. Treated me with kit gloves and fully told me what to expect. I had fear of dentist before now I have recommended outram road to my partner and others. Best team of staff.
This was my first appt at this dentist as a new patient and it was so welcoming. Everyone was so lovely and I had a really thorough check up! Highly recommend
I cannot state how amazing this place truly is! From the receptionists right up to the dentistry I have had such a wonderful experience since I was able to rejoin just after COVID. My dentist, Anastasia is not only an amazing dentist, but human as well. Her smile and happiness lights up the room! You can tell she genuinely cares about you and is eager to be able to help you fix any problems you have, which for me is a lot. The passion radiating from her is admirable and she sets the standard I believe every dentist should follow. Having caught periodontal disease back during lockdown, I thought that was it for my teeth but with Anastasia, she is determined to not let that happen no matter what. Since then, my teeth have slowly but surely been making a comeback, all thanks to this wonderful woman and practice! I have nothing but love and respect for this practice, sometimes finding a dentist can be challenging and I finally feel comfortable going into that chair knowing whatever happens I will receive the best treatment possible.
1. Dentist didn't introduce herself (I still don't know her name) 2. Dentist didn't ask how I was. Not a good 'bed side manner'. 3. They need clip boards for patients to fill out paperwork. I work in a clinical setting and the above 3 statements are truly important to keeping patients happy, comfortable and look after.
I haven't been to a dentist in years and was absolutely terrified. I was put at ease immediately by everyone. Anastasia was brilliant and very kind and patient with me, as I was so nervous. I had a lovely chat with Linda on reception and I felt that I could be more relaxed about my next visit. Also that I felt reassured that I would have a dental plan which I could be in control of and that there are finance options for me to be able to have all the treatment I need going forward. I came here yesterday to get some fillings and a tooth removal (which I also paid for) and they only gave me fillings even though I have 1 tooth that has tooth decay on it and he decided to just put a filling into it and now I have a terrible tooth ache which they won't resolve until they have the paler work again. I am also have a huge fear of the dentist and he wasn't helping the situation and made me more nervous than I was when I came in. The nurses that were there did help calm me down though which is probably the only reason I stayed. These people have a duty of care to make sure they do everything correctly and yet he made me feel worse and made the pain worse too.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. My dentist, Mariya, is very gentle and reassuring through the treatment and care. Unfortunately I lost a filling after a few hours, but have had a lot of trouble with that tooth in the past, so it is an ongoing problem. I have decided to wait 6 months to resume treatment. Mariya was very understanding and I look forward to getting the tooth treated next year.
I have been scared of being hurt by the dentist for a long time, because I have been hurt by previous dentists. Vanessa has been amazing, keeping me calmer whilst trying to get her work done. Each time I go I gain a little more confidence than the previous time. Not to be judged or made to feel silly has meant so much to me. Vanessa is so sympathetic and professional. I live over an hours driving distance away from the practise, and I won't go to any other dentist.
Absolutely amazing experience. I'd not been to a dentist for about 30 years due to anxiety, shame and embarrassment about my teeth. I was in, sedated, 7 teeth out and back home all in an hour. I was made so welcome by everyone there. I didn't even get their names it was all done and over that quickly. Thank you so much I really appreciate everything you did for me today.
