   Hello, had a check up with Leona on Friday, appointment was running on time (almost) Leona and her assistant were super-friendly and treated me with warmth and personableness along with the professionalism that comes as standard. Reception staff also very nice smiley and friendly and helpful. I actually enjoyed my visit!! Have included pics for Leona. My dog, and a bug hotel in case she would like one for Christmas ;D

   As I’m a very shy and reserved gentleman that finds the prospect of dental visits quite intimidating, I always find the staff at envisage very helpful and most accommodating to my needs, Rachael & Cindy on the reception desk in my opinion should immediately receive an improved salary as they are always happy and able to go above the call of duty to assist me if I need to use the toilet or help me up the stairs. Jade the hygienist is probably the best in the region and Maria & her assistant are also of the highest order. Top marks are definitely awarded. I have nothing but praise…. 10/10

   Had the dentist and the hygienist today. Both women I saw were really lovely and really professional. They treated me with care and gave me lots of information about how to keep my teeth healthy. A big shout out to the receptionists as well they are the friendliest and lovely and very good at their jobs. Thank you.

   I couldn't recommend this practice enough, I've just joined. I'm so glad I changed from my awful NHS dentist who kept cancelling appointments. My fear of hygienist appointments has now gone due to an excellent pain free service. I've also just had a tooth taken out and my fear of this and the injection has also gone due to another excellent service. From the lovely ladies on reception, hygienist, dental assistants and dentist all were extremely friendly, welcoming and calming. Easy to book appointments with short wait time.

   Took my 2 daughters here today and everything was great. From the texts I received 2 days ago to the friendly receptionist then to the lovely dentist everything was smooth and simple. The practice itself is clean and modern and the Dentist was really approachable and spoke to the girls giving them tips and telling them what she was doing. Thank you as always 5*

   If you and the family love a good time out at the circus, Envisage Dental could be the place for you. If, however, you're interested in dental treatment and a good quality of care I think you should look elsewhere. As with others, we were very happy with the service for many years. Management transferred from Denplan to Envisage and it seems the only concern is the next pound note. The only way I can summarise the practice is to say it appears an inconvenience to them that we all have teeth - we'd be far better of having a mouthful of gums and politely paying a monthly direct debit to Envisage Dental for nothing in return...

   Like others I've been a long running very satisfied customer using the practice for 20+ years however am now on the receiving end of profit over degraded service since the practice was taken over. I can't praise the original staff enough though, reception and hygienist specifically are fantastic, it's just a real shame that the new owners don't share the same outlook of preventative maintenance over profit that attracted me in the first place and has now resulted in me deciding to leave.

   This dentist surgery has very helpful receptionists a very clean hygienic surgery and one of the best dentist that took over from mr Dobbs he has done three fillings for me over the last two years without injections is so gentle and professional that I didnt feel a thing . I recommend this surgery 100%. For their total dedication of care for their patients.

   Have been at this dental surgery for best part of 20 years and never had a bad experience. Even when Mr Phelps left who was amazing, I was a bit apprehensive as to who was going to be my next dentist but then Ashley came who after removing one of my molar teeth with no pain and a good explanation of what she was doing I was very happy. I'd highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Staff are always pleasant and welcoming
