    Waiting weeks for treatment paid up front when had check up went for filling 3 weeks later when they gave me appointment paid up front. They said sorry dentist on holiday. Bloody disgusting would never go back awful place

    They sold up sent me a letter to say the new owners have taken all current patients on and i will be transferred over and i didnt need to do anything... Now i have no dentist as the take over never happened!! My dentist are liars! hould

    The surgery seems to of closed, have been waiting on call back for further treatment since start of the year been advised now that they have not had any actual dentist staff since then and now you try and call them and the number is disconnected. Have been forced to use the 111 service and they have advised they are aware of an issue with this surgery. Was getting NHS treatment , but now have been forced to use private dental care. With no information as to why or even what's going on.

    I am quite disgusted. We were registered with the practice. The chance of an appointment during lockdown was negligible yet they removed me , my husband and my daughter from their books. As a front line member of staff working all hours I find this approach appalling. I would not recommend them at all. We are all now without a dentist’s with zero chance of finding another. Greedy and unsympathetic service to customers.

    Great dentist, great staff and a wonderful atmosphere. I was recommended this place from my mum as a result of the great service and treatment she recieved and what a recommendation it was. The dentists are very well trained and deliver a great service and there after care service is just as good. Would recommend it as they really look after their customers.

    They're very friendly, I'll admit I didnt take care of my teeth as well as I should and they have sorted my bleeding gums out I really hope they can straighten my teeth and take the teeth out that need to be taken out as I don't trust any other dentist. This dentist is very good and very professional.

    Excellent service, polite and friendly. We cannot fault our new Dentist. After a general check up my son who is 14 was advised he needed a few teeth taken out to make room for new ones coming through. However my very terrified son was not too happy with the news after having bad experiences from another dental practise. But we had a chat with our new dentist of our worries and he assured us all will be well, words we have heard before on other occasions from our last experience. Well we were proved wrong. My sons new dentist was absolutely brilliant. He was patient, allowed my son to take charge of his feelings and control the situation by giving him time to deal with each stage of having teeth taken out from having the choice to have an injection, numbing cream to when he felt comfortable to proceed with teeth being taken out. In all both my son and myself were so nervous but came away very relaxed and extremely grateful for our dentist patience. This has given my son more confidence in going back without fear. Which I am sure many have experienced. We even felt we had to offer a thank you gift for our dentist patience. A little time went along way. Cosham, My Dentist
