My 8 year old daughter is anxious about dentist visits, but Dr Masoud is excellent at putting her at ease with his gentle manner and clear explanations of what is happening. As a family, we’ve all had good treatment here and manage to get regular check ups.
Went to this dentist for the first time today and saw a dental therapist she was amazing.. so friendly and helpful! I am terrified of the dentists so this made me feel very much at ease and came out happy about an appointment! All staff seem friendly and helpful
Signed up as NHS get called today saying they have run out of NHS allocations so cant be seen unless I pay privately or wait till November to possibly get seen then. From the tone of the phone call something seemed off after seen a review on here from 6 months go saying they had run out of NHS then. Given the other reviews I seem pointless to carry on being registered here. Cue the automated response of please get in touch but by the sounds of it that is also pointless as they don’t respond.
Never had a problem with the treatment i have received so far but getting hold of them is impossible! In the last 2 days alone trying to call them on/off i have been on hold for an hour trying to rebook an appointment as i currently have an infection. Treatment wise 10/10. Reception team/customer service a 1/10!
Shannon from Portsmouth North called me after my email enquiry and was very helpful. All staff are so friendly. I saw the Dental Therapist who was so gentle with me, and Shannon was really chatty and smiley. Amazing experience and recommend 100%. I would score 6 stars if I could.
