   I have been using A1 automated for quite a while,I abandon my car on the forecourt and post the key through the door and get a call when it's ready to collect, the charges are never more than quoted and if something comes up that will cost more I'm called, it's a modern garage with old school values and I can say I will be using them for my motoring needs for the foreseeable futute. Thanks guys

   Always had my cars serviced and mot by the guys at A1 and they have always been excellent. Everything is explained and costed before any work carried out and they are always very helpful . I had used other garages in the past but A1 is by far the best for service and honesty. I find their prices very reasonable and costs for any work done is always broken down and very detailed so I understand exactly what I’m paying for. Lots of my friends and neighbours also take their cars here and have always had great experience. Highly recommended.

   Can’t say I had the best experience here I’m afraid. Firstly, very overpriced and expensive considering what you get. Had a major service and they used cheap spark plugs yet charge a lot for a service, did a brake fluid change before asking and then in the process removed my lug nut covers and never gave them back. Didn’t give me my service book back either, I had to come back as I realised it wasn’t in my car. Just overall not the best experience on my part. Ended up paying way over what my original quote was and I feel the customer service I received was sub par in comparison to garages I’ve previously used.
