I had a great customer service experience at Three Store and was assisted by Sudharsan . I really appreciate his kindness , attentive and caring. He helped me every step of the way to fix some issue on my phone and whatsapp mobile account and explained very clearly . Highly recommended.

I got my new phone today at the Three store, and Melissa was amazing! I couldn’t wait around for the approval because I had to go to work, but she was super helpful and made sure to hold the phone for me. Went into three store today to upgrade my phone as I was due one was treated terrible a male with a black shirt served me was real rude showed no interest came out nearly crying no customer service a disgrace to 3 for giving those people employment he did not want to help at all as I was a nuisance will never go back there again
My daughter was changing providers we were served by Alison, I have to say she was the best sales assistant I have ever dealt with she was so helpful and informative regarding all the phone jargon and explaining the contract. Nothing was left to chance. Thank you Alison.
