I’ve been to see Najwa few times now and she is always happy to help, very precise with her dental skills, polite and would definitely recommend her to my friends and family
The transformation in this practice now is fabulous. I finally have regular NHS treatment and the option for private too. Hanan on reception is so kind and courteous and smiley and Najwa, the dentist, is amazing. I’m so happy with my level of dental care here.
Was referred to this surgery for a full OPG/X-ray of my jaw. Was promised an email by the end of the day, with a copy also sent to my surgery. A week later they still have yet to actually send the scan to myself or my dental surgery, after multiple calls and conversations. Absolutely useless, left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing.
Impossible to be seen! I have had an appointment cancelled by the clinic FOUR times now. Been trying to be seen since August. On the 3rd occasion they promised it wouldn't happen again but... guess what! They cancelled again!
Shocked at how terrible this practice is. Staff are very rude and not professional at all. Would not recommend unless in an emergency and even then you'd find better options. Have to say the worst place I've been signed up to. Looking for a new practice because no way am I going back there!
Always a hit or miss with this place and mostly a miss. Awful dental practice, the worst I've ever been to. Staff are very unfriendly bordering on rude and unprofessional and to top it off they never seem to have appointment slots or tell you they have nothing until months down the line. Won't be going back there again. Already signed up to a new dental practice. The staff need training on how to work with people. The place is a joke.
A really lovely team here, from the receptionists to the dental assistants and dentists themselves. A relaxed atmosphere, which if you're like me helps to make going to the dentist as pleasant as it can be. I really couldn't recommend highly enough! New NHS patients would be amazing for the community but currently that isn't available. When they are able to accept new NHS this is an excellent clinic to choose. For private, I would enquire at the clinic.
I had the teeth whitening treatment, and couldn’t recommend it enough! I used it for nearly 3 weeks at home, so easy and quick to use and works so well, there’s a massive difference in the shade of my teeth and I’m finally happy with them now! Ellie is the hygienist and she’s lovely, and so helpful.
