   Really happy with this dentist and Brendan. Always great service. I had a concern and he kindly took a look for me and gave advice with no charge. One of the receptionists I spoke to on the phone and when I got there to check in (not the lady who did check me in) didn’t have a very good tone or attitude, I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there or she was annoyed. The other ladies I’ve spoken to in the past are all lovely there and no issues

   The whole procedure, from reaching to the facility to the exit was completely polite and decent. Everyone was helpful. Dentist and his staff tried every possible way to adhere issue. The only thing was disturbing in the whole duration was the women sitting at the reception at the very right chair when you enter the building. I intracted twice and she was stoically judgemental, belligerent and trying to be intimidatatingly rude.

In 2 visits I have had superb treatment and clinical advice ,including a necessary extraction which was brilliantly ( and painlessly) executed.    I recently visited mydentist on South Street in Gosport and was treated by Dr Prawash Sunuwar and his wonderful assistant. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for. They both worked with such calmness, kindness, and professionalism. Dr Sunuwar fixed the pain I was in and has been helping me deal with gum disease — something I’d been anxious about for a long time. His explanations are clear, gentle, and never rushed. I always feel like I’m in safe hands. His assistant is just as reassuring, always checking I’m comfortable and making the whole process feel easier. Now that the urgent issues are sorted, we’re working towards cosmetic improvements, and I finally feel hopeful about my smile again. The practice is clean, organised, and friendly, and I’d highly recommend Dr Sunuwar and his assistant to anyone — especially if you’re nervous about dental treatment. They genuinely make a difference.

   I had a 3D scan with Kelly which was brilliant and beyond expectations. Kelly was lovely and everything you would wish for a dental nurse to be - calming, welcoming and funny! It was my first experience at the practise so this immediately put me at ease and pushed aside any worries. The 3D scan was something I had never been offered at other dental surgeries. The scan itself was painless and quick. It is amazing to be able to see the model of my teeth as well as being able to have the copy on my own phone via the app whilst knowing it’s contributing to my teeth health. Would definitely recommend this lovely surgery and their lovely staff!

   I continue to be impressed by the courteous professionalism and extraordinary technical expertise provided by Dr Jessica Patel-Barnes in particular, along with those others in the Gosport practice who support her front-line work. Dental work is, by definition, personally invasive and, at my advanced age, inevitably associated with disagreeable [not to mention terrifying] memories of "the School Dentist" in the West Country during my childhood. Now I attend appointments in Gosport with absolutely no anxiety because I know the treatment will be outstanding, successful and I will experience virtually no discomfort.    We have Marie and Brandon and they are just fantastic. My son had a filling done today and they were amazing with him! They are non judgmental, explain everything and give great advise for children. The reception staff are always polite and friendly and are quick to deal with queries. The dentists is always spotless and there is never much wait time.
