   I was your customer 12years. But that's enough. I didn't say anything when your staff charged me 60p instead 40p (peach/nectarine) They have to know which one is peach and witch one is nectarine.  Next time was when I been charged 1.40, for I don't know what? Your staff checked my shopping bag again and it didn't was anything for that price. After that I start to take my all check. But most who killed me, was when I've been asked to payed twice.  Just because your manager doesn't know how to used till and what does it mean pending transactions. Please explain her! If your card machine shows payment accept it's mean I'd been charged! And she shouldn't ask me to pay again. I'd tried really hard to explain what I was already charged. Good thing what I've got my money back after couple days. It was my last shopping!

   As a regular customer, after receiving my food I noticed that the burger that I had ordered and paid for,was not inside the packaging, I tried to contact the number provided but in vain, I'm so disappointed.

   Just back from a very disappointing and embarrassing experience at the tills as a frequent customer. After paying for my shop, I noticed the man serving me had not given me any bags. To my surprise I asked can I have some bags to pack this, he very rudely told me, nearly telling me off, that I never asked for bags and he is not going to pack them as it’s policy now despite others being helped. This obviously got other peoples attention making me uncomfortable, the man continued to tell me they don’t pack in Tesco (I just asked for a bag) and that he would have to charge me (no issue). The rudeness was honestly so surprising from the usual friendly experience I receive.

   Always rude to teens, very prejudice towards them. For example a teen isn’t aloud a bag into the shop to do shopping but an adult is. Was asked at the tills several times “is that everything” even though I said yes the first time even got asked “are you sure.” Also walked in one day after school and the owner asked me as soon as I got in “are yous just gonna stand there, or yous gonna buy anything” I doubt he would say that to an adult.
