Ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner online as Lunneys Electrical had the most competitive pricing of any other online retailers. The online process was easy and the transaction took minutes. I received confirmation of my order and a follow-up sms note from DPD confirming delivery would take place on the 22nd. To my pleasant surprise the order was received two days earlier than expected. Overall I cannot fault the online service of Lunneys and will definitely use them again. Great service!
I bought a vacuum cleaner in this store. The shipment before Christmas took only two days although it was to Scotland. I had a little problem with the vacuum cleaner but everything was easily sorted out with Craig. Next time, before I buy something, I will check this store first because not only was it cheaper than elsewhere, the shipment was extremely fast, and there was also help via e-mail from someone at the store.
Very helpful staff, got my new appliance sorted, they sorted the delivery, removal of old appliance & installation of new appliance (separately) for me, all over the phone, very quickly too, it took all the stress out of the situation, thank you :)

Always a pleasure to deal with Lunny's Banbridge and Craig is a star. We needed a new cooker and found one at a cheaper price elsewhere. Craig was very kind and not only matched the price but gave an extra discount. If we can spend my money locally, we always like to.
