   I was staying with friends in Warren point for a few days and thought get some stuff from here as I live in co mayo and the same products are more expensive. Got some of the products very quick but some I had to wait for by the time the products were due to get to the store I would be back in co mayo. So I went in and said can I cancel this order yes that's fine but was told by the worse manager I've ever encountered in a screw fix I would need to come back to the store with my BOI card to get the refund I said but I live 3 hours away well I can't give you the refund without the card but I could have a store credit instead I said ok I will look around to see what I want for the value of the refund we chose items which came to 10 pounds more of what I was owed and the stupid woman said no you can't have those items untill my original items came into the store a truly dreadful unpleasant unprofessional store manager and is quite thick as she doesn't understand the company's policy's on returns. So rang customer service and hey presto could give me a refund within 5 minutes this woman should not be the manager. Maybe the cleaner might be better choice of her role

   Quick efficient service, ordered online for local Newry collection. The store were limiting how many could enter the store , the Queue moved quickly.currently cannot enter the main part of store , you have to speak to an assistant. Staff pleasant and helpfull

   So much better/cheaper than b&q, woodies or the like. Deal of the day and special offers can be amazing value. If they don't have it, its generally there in 2 days, great service. And can all be done online generally and then collected. I'm a convert!

   Very convenient as it open on a Sunday and extended hours. Massive selection of trade tools and items at reasonable prices. Pre-order online to view product details and save time. You can't physically browse goods here like other hardware stores so it is good to be familiar with what you need.

   A great selection and range of products. it's counter service via product codes in the catalogue or just as easy to use the website. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and service is fast and efficient. Price for what I wanted was competitive. Free parking outside makes it a great shop.
