horrible workers I was going to refund my meta quest till they said no because the meta quest itself when i bought it the charging port was faulty I didnβt think much of it till i had it for 3 months then when I put the meta quest charger in for an hour and when i saw the meta quest the charger port was burnt i told them it was their fault because their charger was faulty and they said no we canβt take this for a refund it isnβt our fault 290 pound wasted

CeX is a great place to shop! The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. The staff are friendly and always ready to help with any questions. My husband went to leave his phone into the Newry store and was quoted Β£139 to leave it in but forgot his password so couldnβt leave it on the day, when I returned two days later I was quoted Β£80. I explained that my husband had already been in and received a quote and they said there was nothing they could do it was now deemed as C grade. The phone had not been used in those two days as my husband already had his new phone. Very unhelpful members of staff.

2 phones and a laptop bought of this place in 6 months and they will not honor their warranty on anything. Both phones now unusable and the staff will always blame the user. Avoid this place at all costs.

It's a pity to see the number of negative messages and bad experiences that customers usually have with this store. I thought it was more correct and responsible, but reading what I've seen, I don't think I'm taking the risk of buying here.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Unfortunately I had a issue with a Apple Watch I purchased on line. I returned the watch back to the Newry shop and it was replaced with a newer one. Itβs so good to see happy staff in the Current climate we are in.
