   If I could put zero stars I would, bought a meta quest 3s a few weeks back with the new Batman game advertised, took it home and the game was not on the headset or a code was not with the set, took it back to the store to be told that the promotion was no longer valid and they didn’t realise this and that there was nothing they can do in store and to escalate it to customer services who are not better, now weeks later they one minute have offered a refund for the Batman game to which I accepted to then say in another email they can’t give me a refund as the headset is used, no matter how many times I reiterated that I want to keep the headset just want refunded for something that I was promised and not got. Absolute shower of dung this company avoid at all costs!!

   Looking for a few recommendations for getting a game for someone's birthday, got talking to staff memeber called Rob the other day he was very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations for zelda games which i think suits well. Will be back to purchase. Only issue the place seems to be barren and not much stock compared to other places which is a let down.

   went in today to purchase a game. zero staff in there to make purchases of the very little stock that they actually have nowadays. I waited 30 mins for a member of staff but nobody turned up, walked out without a purchase. No wonder the company is on its backside, all of their own doing.

   Absolutely brilliant experience. The kids have an absolute blast every time. We have had a birthday party two weeks in a row and both weeks have been more than five stars. David is absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable and helpful for the kids and adults alike. Every time we go the kids are ready to go again. A huge thank you to David for that as well we will be back all summer!

   Brilliant! My son had his party at the weekend. 12 kids. Was stress free. Dean was absolutely amazing. Great sense of humour and he really respected the kids. I left the party stuff in the day before and everything was set up when we arrived. Kids got a free slushy each and 1 hour free play next time they come, with 20 per cent of toys. Dean your great at your job. We appreciated your time.

   Fantastic store! The selection is stellar, even if the item isn't in store the staff will go over and above to try get you sorted. Also don't waste their time on story-tellers trying to have one over on them. Save their time for genuine customers. Gaming Arena in the back is class too!
