Bought a tumble dryer as a christmas present and the order was cancelled (without any notification) because apparently they don't deliver in Northern Ireland. They should have this in their website before taking our money. Completely useless
Customer service is none existent. You would be safer to shop at Amazon. Customer service is way better and easier to deal with as well.
Disappointed by the level of customer service I received. The staff I encountered were dismissive, avoided engaging in conversation, and did not make me feel welcome. Very disrespectful.
Very poor customer care, when one walks in there is never any staff available to help, staff always seem to congregate around one computer talking, I have left the premises on several occasions without one member of staff speaking to me
I recently bought the VAX Revive carpet cleaner from here, and I had a great experience. Joshua was extremely helpful and attentive — he took the time to explain all the features clearly and made sure I was comfortable with how it works. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!
Only basic selection of (much) overpriced cables, they said that "a small shop like this" don't keep in stock Display Port cables, and they will need to order - hilarious. I found at one third of the price Curry's quoted in the much smaller Newry Computer Center.
I went to buy some cable to connect my speaker to amplifier. But nothing is there, shelves 50 percent empty in the shop. Felt unwanted there:(
Good equipped shop, with a lot of items showed in nice and easy accessible aleways. Worth to visit, however prices a bit higher then in other places. Of course plenty promotions available so shouldn't be a problem with finding what you are looking...
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From such a reputable company and brand you would expect more. Over two weeks we were promised a new washing machine, now 2 days before Christmas it’s not coming and was told to go back to store. That’s a 6 hour round trip for my family and no compensation for fuel or time. Would not recommend Currys to anyone.
I was in collecting a order and there was a little trouble finding my item but luckily it didn't take long to figure out what had happened and I was given my order with a few minutes, the staff was very friendly and explained what had happened. Great service and I will definitely be back again.
