Going to the dentist can often be a traumatic experience but I have found that the team at Innovate always show kindness and empathy. I have really enjoyed working with a dentist that explains things fully and ensures you are comfortable with the plan going forward. I am near the end of my treatment plan and am more than happy with both the experience and the outcome so I can’t recommend enough.
I’m not an easy patient when it comes to dental services however I was Very pleased with my recent hygienist appointment. The appointment was on time and both ladies were polite and considerate throughout my treatment. The hygienist used a new hypersonic device that was much more comfortable than the old scraping method and she and her assistant regularly checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout.
Innovate has been my dentist for as long as i can remember and has always provided me with the greatest care and top quality treatment. The innovate team are wonderful and hard working. if you ever need dental treatment this is the place to go. Andrew Smales is an advancing dentist increasing his skill in other areas of treatment and cosmetics. I wouldn't want any other dentist to look at my teeth! Always feeling good after a visit.
Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Been with them for a few years but never needed anything more than a check up until today. My daughter needed a tooth removed and she was so nervous… but they were amazing with her! Thank you so so much for your care and patience. My daughter will not be going to anyone else now!
This is the best dental practice I have ever come across and certainly the best in this area. Yesterday, Andrew, Roy, Diane and the rest of the team spent the entire morning working on my teeth and I can honestly say that I am 100% happy with the work that they have done. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any dental work.

Andrew and his team have given me excellent service over a number of years. I’ve had my teeth straightened and it was a painless experience the results were amazing. I’ve also had Botox at the practice and the results are the best I get anywhere. 100% would recommend this place. Staff are friendly & caring.
