   Having been with the practice for a few years now I can’t recommend it enough. Saw Dr Davina Mahoney today for a filling - I’m amazed by the pain free treatment that doesn’t leave you with numb lips & gums and allows you to have a drink and/or food in next to no time.

   I’ve always been a very nervous patient, but Helena and her team went above and beyond to earn my trust. Thanks to their kindness and patience, I felt completely at ease walking into my appointment today—on my own and without any sedation! Their compassion truly makes all the difference. Another bonus is the convenient nearby parking, which takes away one more worry from the whole experience. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

   Went in Dec 2022 for an abscess, which they sorted but I needed a referral to the hospital for some dental work under general anesthetic. I gave my valid reasons why I can't have work done under local or conscious sedation, but was pressured into accepting a referral for conscious sedation which I explicitly said I did not want. When I phoned to request that the referral be changed as I had a bad experience with conscious sedation before, I tried to explain that I have an extremely unusual memory. Hyperthymesia. But was abruptly talked over before I could explain. To basically be called a liar is very unprofessional and although I have only been a couple of times I will never go again. I would rather be in pain than be treated like I was.

   Can’t rate Davina and the entire team enough… absolutely brilliant. I started going to Felpham Dental Surgery a little over a year ago. I never expected to find myself having to go back to a dentist, as had a full set of implants fitted in 2017 while living in India BIG MISTAKE!!! Davina and the team have supported me through extensive gruelling treatment to sort things out, and I am now on the road to recovery both physically and emotionally. From the receptionist. Claire to the entire team who are all extremely hard working, doing a very tough job, but make it a lovely atmosphere. Davina has a no nonsense attitude, in a very caring way .. love it. The implant team James and Mauricio were so supportive and gentle. The nurses are wonderful, having to work with one hand while they held my hand through the all procedures, caring, kind in every way. Can’t say thank you enough to everyone who has been involved in my treatment. Lesson learned if you are thinking of having implants done abroad don’t it will cost you a lot more in the long term and not just financially. Go to Felpham Dental Surgery.

   Dreadful! Went once in 2019 and made my tooth worse. Cancelled my monthly subscription the next day. Only just found out they’ve taken it for 3 years thanks to mobile banking. £800 they’ve had and it’s “my problem” no apology anything. Shocking service. The exact reason I cancelled after first visit.

   I lost a veneer at the top front of my mouth. I rang about 4pm one afternoon and got an apt the next morning at 8 am thank you Chrissie (receptionist) When I rang other practises the earliest appointment I could get was 6 weeks!! THANK YOU Chrissie (receptionist) Davina was fantastic within an hour I left with a temporary crown which was as good as the permanent crown I got 3 weeks later. I highly recommend this practise, and wish I’d found them a lot earlier. Will definitely visit here again for a painless experience.
