   **UPDATE NO: 2** After having root canal treatment at one of the last appointments I had here, I'm still having a problem! I was scheduled in to be seen on Tuesday 8th August, which has today,now, just been cancelled citing the same list of excuses as all the other cancelled appointments!! **UPDATE** Since my initial review and MyDentist response, my daughter has since had another cancelled appointment, but hey we can choose to pay private prices for this poor service!! Disappointed and let down by this practise! Constant cancellations for me and my family over the last 12 months. Received a letter recently to say they are ditching their NHS patients to go private and that they'd love us to stay with them and to take out a monthly dental healthcare plan. Why on earth would I pay for private treatment based on the service that we've been subjected to over the past 12 months? Go elsewhere!!

   Was such a great NHS Dentist -My family always had Peter who was really good. Then the cancellations started last year as well as poor customer service. My husband and my 6 year old had their Oct 2022 app cancelled and rebooked April 2023 ...which has now been cancelled again. My husband was counting on the October to sort his bad tooth ache for many months previously. He asked for an emergency appointment in January 2023 but could only go on a long waiting list...so was hoping for the Apr 2023 app at least to be seen then...but again cancelled. Myself and my 12 year old had our Dec 2022 appointments canceled and re booked April 23 and now also cancelled again. In the meantime In January 2023, my 6 year old had new teeth growing right behind her milk teeth (not budging) and growing wonky at the front. Managed to get Francis to look at them who agreed needed treatment. Rang to make appointment with him to book in and the receptionist was happy to book... but wanted to check length of appointment and promised to ring back. Never rang back so had to chase and then to be told they can't book in her in for treatment. Was informed that our dentist Peter was on long term sick and they were getting a locum to join... but with the recent additional cancellations, I can't tell if that ever happened and now they just cancel without asking you to re-book.

   Dr Marwa and her team are fantastic! I had such a great experience with them and their invisible aligners/treatment plan. She offers such a professional and friendly service and it was honestly a delight to go to each appointment and see her and Maria. They always make you feel welcome and put any concerns or worries at ease. I never had any doubt and trusted them completely. I had traditional braces as a child and as I got older... I stopped wearing my retainer, so my teeth moved! After my treatment plan with Dr Marwa, my teeth are now perfect and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

   I have been an NHS patient at this practice for the last 15 years. It used to be great and we had regular check ups with a professional and friendly team of dentists, but in the past few years the service level has dropped to pretty much zero for their NHS patients. Appointments are continuously cancelled. My children haven't had a dental check up now for over 3 years. On cancelling your appointment, the practice don't make any attempt to rebook you. It is left up to you to make a new appointment which will inevitably then get cancelled closer to the time. They are quite happy, however, to offer you a private appointment! Avoid this practice. Very poor.

   Fed up having my appointments cancelled. Only needed the treatment for nearly a year. I understand that my dentist has been unwell however there is no back up plan. It seems to me that they are waiting for me to find a new dentist. I assume it’s because I’m an NHS patient. I think what’s tipped me to the point of moaning was the cancellation text that I received 20min after they’d closed on Friday. Guess they didn’t want me to re book.Oh and it’s not just my appointments it’s the kids as well. Very very poor. No plan B for long term sick.

   Marwa and Maria have been very supportive and explained my treatment plan throughly. I was able to contact both if I had any queries or concerns. I have been so pleased with my treatment and would throughly recommend my dentist as all staff members are friendly. I am very happy with my treatment and the overall experience.

   I cannot recommend Dr Marwa enough. From my initial consultation about straightening my teeth and what can be achieved she constantly made me feel at ease and explained everything with kindness and compassion at every stage. She has achieved everything she set out to and has given me the most natural, straight teeth and I am thrilled with the results. I will miss my monthly check-ins and seeing her bright and happy self.
