   I was so pleased to be given an NHS appointment after being on your waiting list for some time. The service I received from the reception staff to the dentist himself was second to none. My dentist, Andres, was so helpful and explained everything clearly to me and put me at ease during my procedure. I would highly recommend Damira to anyone luckily enough to get an appointment.

   As someone who is scared witless of dentists and not seen one since before covid, I sat in the waiting room nervously sweating with anxiety. However, I was pleasantly surprised following my appointment with Andres. He's a really nice easy-going person. I felt no pressure with the options he gave me regarding possible treatment. My faith in dentists has been restored.

   I am writing this (with permission) on behalf of my neighbour who was the patient but isn't online. Apart from a slight confusion about requesting a ground floor surgery, which was quickly rectified, the overall experience was excellent. My neighbour has complex issues and was listened to patiently and compassionately. He is confident enough to continue with the suggested treatment. Private treatment is expensive but we both felt that it was money well spent.

   Awful day, phone died, sat nav new car charger didnt work, arrived 30 mins late after being told by 3 different people wrong route and just wanted to let them know I wasnt a no show. They were so kind, fitted me in and resolved my pain issue. As first appt was so impressed with the staff and dentist, treatment was virtually pain free and took time to make sure I was calm and treated well.

   Great experience at Bupa Dental Care Ryde Dr.Darko Ilioski is the best dentist that’s ever worked on my teeth. Ever since I moved from another dental office to Bupa Dental Care, my teeth have felt great! I use to have so many problems with my previous dentist, but Dr.Darko Ilioski has fixed these Issues. Also, he has given me great tips on maintaining dental hygiene. Dr.Darko Ilioski is just amazing and i will recommend him to everyone!

   Sharing a similar story to several other reviews. 2 years for an appointment, phone calls unanswered, messages not returned, and finally the 2 year appointment is....cancelled.... by text.... If you are looking for a dental practice.... you need to pass on this one and keep looking.

   Literally tried fo two years to get an appointment for me and my children. Phone harly ever answered, online form never replied to. The one time I did get through and manage to book, the appotintment was cancelled by text without offer of a new one. Absolutely pointless being registered with this dentist. 5 years ago they were ok, now they are abysmal.

   it has now been two years since my first cancelation at this practice, for two years I have had a hollow tooth after a filling done at this practice dropped out, and for two years I have been waiting to get a call back after multiple calls for emergency appointments have been attempted. they have cancelled me while I'm on the bus less then an hour away. and they have the audacity to send me emails trying to get me to book appointments... when you call you just get a robot voice saying "thanks for calling Bupa dental care!"... then silence until it hangs up about 30 seconds later. The NHS have told they have a duty of care they are not upholding. couldn't agree more, they don't care.
