STORE WILL BE CLOSING PERMANENTLY ON 8TH FEB It is a shame they're closing, but honestly I'm not surprised. Lack of care, attention to detail and poor husbandry of the livestock led to a drop in footfall and the store is no longer profitable. The trip to Milton Keynes for their Bletchley or Woburn Sands would be a better option than going here
Very rude staff. I was waiting at the till to pay and when the staff came back they let two other people pay before me, with no apology or comment just left me waiting and ignored me. That's fine if you are helping other people, just say that but to completely blank me and serve other people is just rude when I'm clearly waiting to pay at the front of the counter.
Great place for variety of fish fresh and cold water. Worth travelling to. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help and advise, the manager is one of a kind he goes above and beyond to help and advise. Him and his team are a great asset to Maidenhead Aquatics.
Maidenhead Aquatics is something I needed since I am a beginner in fish keeping hobby. The store owner was so humble and keen to help. I told him I have absolutely no idea and he went through the whole store, showing me the kinds of fishes, and which ones are compatible with which ones. I was really impressed by his patience. He also took into account my aquarium dimensions. I told him what I need and he gave his recommendations. I ended up buying 2 Guppies, 2 Platys and 3 Neon Tetras. He packed them securely in 2 layers. They all are thriving in my aquarium and I couldn't ask for a better experience. It is my go to store from now onwards and I have to look nowhere else here in Northampton.
Great place to get good quality Koi Carp and similar related fishkeeping items. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit *****

The staff here are always helpful. Don't get in your face, understand that experienced aquarists know their stuff, always have the fish and other supplies I need.
The staff are very knowledgeable but the pricing especially for the smaller fish is just way too high.
Staff are always lovely and friendly. Good choice of fish and products. Always lovely to my children. I've never had a problem with any of the fish I have brought here and I have had quite a few now!
