   Does the location kill it? This place could be a great hit, but seems to be failing to bring people across the door. We have been here a few times, the food portions are very good especially the chicken burgers. Unfortunately the chicken had started to dry and there was a distinct sour tinge beginning. All the ingredients are there for a great location, loads of seats and two separate seating areas. Cut off in booths for families. But if in a big group you would struggle. No draft beer on tap, bar shelves all but empty and showing a bit of tiredness even on the rustic furniture. A new surge of energy would bring this place to life, but a reduction of prices are essential.

   Never had a bad experience here. The food is outstanding. The staff are really knowledgeable and offer suggestions if not sure what to have. Absolutely love the themed menus they have for some movies coming out. Perfect location near the cinema for date nights. Food then cinema. Oh yeah the portion sizes are massive. Too much to finish. Wonderful place and plenty of space for family and kids.

   One of our favourite places to go, service is always good, people complain about the wait times but in my opinion if the food came out any quicker you’d be concerned! it is quite expensive but the food is worth it, it’s always full of flavour. Any mistakes in our orders have always been fixed straight away with apologies and no issues. We find that the staff are very friendly and are always polite to us!

   Another lovely meal - we had early bird menu and there was plenty on the plate. Service is always good and staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the big teapot when taking tea - and they refill if wanted. Ace. Only comment was that room was a bit cold.

   The food and the service here are always exceptional. The staff, always professional and always eager to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Family friendly establishment. It's fast became my favourite place to frequent with my family for lunch/dinner and it's reasonably priced too. I highly recommend to anyone, with or without kids... you can enjoy a good meal here.
