   Bought a washing machine last week, good price with free install and even took the old machine no charge. Unfortunately the machine had an issue, these things happen, but Pam and the guys were really understanding came round and rectified the issue same day and honoured their gaurantee no hassle. Really decent of them, great service.

   Two lads just delivered a washing machine. Only ordered it this morning!!! For £20 they delivered and plumbed in the new machine,unplumbed the old one and took it away. Great service can't recommend them highly enough. Well done.

   Great service, really helpful, came across as genuine and washer hasn't had any problems with it. Bought 5 months ago. Really good price. Feel confident that if there had been a problem the owner would have honoured the warranty. Washing machines were in much better condition than elsewhere in Hull and for a better price.

   Gary and his team have supplied good stuff to my.properties for a few years. However sadly recently when things have gone wrong more than once on an appliance they have not honoured the warranty. Darren, washer repair man came for a second opinion on a washer after Gary blamed the 'tenant had broken the door'. That of course was absolute nonsense. Now £40 out of pocket. How about sorting it Gary?

   Purchased a Hotpoint tall fridge freezer as an urgent purchase to replace our old one which suddenly conked out. Was told the item was fully checked before being made available for sale and that the compressed gas had been checked. The item was showing cosmetic wear and tear but was sold with a 3 month guarantee. We followed the instructions for allowing the item to stand before using for 3-4 hours (we waited 3.5 hours). By morning the fridge temperature was reading 15.2 degree celcius......poor poor poor. The freezer was just reaching 0 degrees in order that the water in the ice cube tray had frozen but only just. We had to throw away any meat produce in the fridge (highly annoying). I went in person the following day after purchase at 10.30am and spoke to the chap who delivered the item. He said 'it shouldn't be doing that' and 'we'll send out an engineer today to take a look and if they can't fix it we'll replace it like for like'. I left my mobile number for them to reach me. did I receive a phone call?? No. I called them at 1.30pm to ask when they were expecting to send an engineer. No answer. I left a message. Still hadn't heard from them by 2.45pm so I went round in person again to find they had shut for the day leaving us in the lurch. Highly frustrating. As this occurred over the weekend they were shut in Sunday too. Hard to trust this second hand place when this is the first impression they leave the first time we've used them. Other neighbours recommended them but i'm afraid I won't be.
