Chose a washing machine with help from Kie over the phone, got it delivered and fitted the next delivery day and it’s like new! Fantastic service.
I had brought a Siemens washer / dryer : and spoke to the son of old boss. I had specifically asked for the transport bolts to be taken off. He persuaded me not too, Broken 10-12 weeks, no return even though I was abroad and worker not speaking English stuff it don’t listen to customer u know best, Broken 10-12 weeks Ha HA . Came back 1 year later to buy a washing machine was going to buy Samsung brand again the Boss man persuaded me to different Brand route, broken in 1- 2 months, no return, HA HA. Explained the two stories, just a moment of shoulders and assistant called to boss Ha HA, I got no return or part refund, that wasted time . DON't Listen to a word boss man Says, as he'll take down the bouncer road..,,HA HA ,. Strange, blunt, frustrating , Why and weird. I don't care either now, that I have written this review.
They are very happy to take your money but they are liars. One of them asked me that I'm happy to give 5 pounds more for water hose. I said ok but when the washing machine was arrived the pipe was not included. It was my mistake because I not checked back of the machine so now is too late to prove that fact. But I still state that's not ok for clients. The deliver man was alone and ask me for help. That's also not fair because I'm older person and I've paid for delivery. So not recommended. This is not a business. This is a mess. Avoid that address, that's my opinion.

hi i would just like to leave this review to say how friendly kind the shop and staff are i went in to buy a washing machine explained i had a big family and the gentleman advised me on what one would be better for me they delivered it the next day even rang me when they was one hour away from my address to make sure i was home and ive not had any problems at all the delivery drive was so helpful as well bring it in and putting it were needed i will be using these again they had a massive varity of produces also
Worst customer care I have ever come across in my entire life. Would definitely not recommend and would say do NOT even go near. Went in today with a friend to buy a dryer and this guy squared up to us shouting swear language for us to get out of his shop as he was about to close. We were extremely shocked. On top of that, even rang a buddy of his yo come beat us up. I think attitude is the most important quality in life, no matter what goods you sell or talents you have. PLEASE AVOID like a plague. I was glad I left my kids in the car with my wife.
I was worried to go to a more independent place but I have purchased 2 washers and a freezer. All spot on. Seems ran by decent guys. I believe the bad reviews are from the old business owners time. A lot of the old staff were fired from my understanding.
