   Can highly recommend bought a fridge freezer and washer they rang me to thank me for the order and to arrange delivery date and time very kind and a lovely personal gesture rather than email items arrived on said day with 2 x very kind and helpful men who took out the transport brackets from the washer for me as i did not have any tools to do so and put both items where i asked for me good prices on both items i can highly recommend this store and i will most definately be using them again i have rang to ask advice on another item and they are happy to order it in for me very quick and efficient cannot thank them enough good to know that there are stores like this around still who go the extra mile to help you with essential items you need well done and thank you so much

   Visited Hansons today because we needed to buy a built-in oven. I wanted to support a local business rather than going to one of the bigger chains like Curry’s. Me and my partner spent around 20–25 minutes looking around, comparing ovens and trying to figure out what would be best for our kitchen. Since this is our first time buying a built-in oven, we weren’t too sure about what we needed, or whether Hansons offered fitting services and at what cost. Unfortunately, during the whole time we were there, no one came over to offer any help. There were around three staff members in store, two sitting near the counter and one walking around singing, but none approached us. It was quite disappointing, especially as we were ready to buy if we’d had a bit of guidance. It’s a shame really, because I came in wanting to support a local business, but the lack of customer service made us leave without making a purchase. Hopefully this feedback helps improve things for future customers.

   Recently had a new kitchen installed. The whole process from initial design to fitting went very smoothly and the customer service from all the team was excellent. The fitting itself was carried out to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the quality of the units and appliances. The overall price was very competative when compared with other kitchen companies and I would be happy to recommend Hansons to family and friends. Thanks

   Three years on, our kitchen from Hanson Electrical and Kitchens remains of a very high quality with zero issues. This is thanks in large part to Steve, whose planning was absolutely brilliant. The layout is spot on, and our kitchen works so well. The delivery and fitting went very smoothly, and the store manager, Tom, provided sound advice on appliances by finding the balance between cost and functional while maintaining quality. I highly recommend Hanson if your after a new Kitchen!

   Was looking to buy a NEFF Cooker Hood. Good communication at the start but failed to reply to an email or return my phone call. Their advert advised free delivery and they said it was just a local delivery. Asked for a cost for delivery and no reply. Additionally, whilst the item had a full guarantee advised it was a display model which only appeared on one of their site pages. It was also not the full product with the upper chimney part missing and was not stated on the site. The cost of replacing that made the price too high. They need to have better communication amd manage their site content more accurately. Really quite disappointing.

   Great customer care and prices. I was stuck without an oven, went into all the large electrical stores and was not able to get anything for over a week. At Hanson, I was able to get a better oven at a discounted price and take it away the same day. I will be going straight to Hanson every time now.

   I recently purchased a tumble dryer. Fantastic service. I phoned Hanson and paid over the phone as I knew which dryer I wanted. I picked the day that was convenient for me for local delivery and the guys rang 5 minutes prior to coming to let me know they were on their way. Just what I wanted, fab local service and great shopping experience. Thank you
