   My first time ordering with this store. I ordered some items online. Went through check out and delivery details, paid using debit card, got payment and order confirmation. Received an email shortly after stating order has been cancelled. After contacting customer service I am now having to wait "a few days" for a refund. So after all that time wasted all I got from this transaction was hassle, no products and hoping they send my money back quickly. Bonus Superstore is clearly incompetent in providing a service its business hinges on.

   Recently purchased a fridge freezer and any questions I had were promptly responded to. Price was good and the delivery drivers were very helpful. Couldn’t complain, would use again!

   I ordered Xmas lights which were due to be delivered Friday , I have not received the delivery , i have no way of contacting the firm . If I don't receive my order soon , I'll be taking it to trading standards .

   Absolutely awful - quick to take the money and give delivery date of today. Have had no correspondence from them AT ALL, other than an online receipt. I have tried to contact them today to get confirmation that the item is going to be delivered. Despite using their web chat (3 messages ignored) and an email (also ignored), no response. Telephoned to be told they’re “an online company like Amazon and you can’t speak to anyone” I commented that at least Amazon deliver when they say they’re going to - No response to that! Use anyone else, is my advice, as I’ve waited in all day (lost pay etc?) and it doesn’t look like they’re not going to deliver. Now wondering what chance of getting my money back …..

   I made a perches on Monday the 10th there was a note flashing up on the website saying if you make the perches know the goods would be delivered on Wednesday the 12th and it wasn't delivered. And it made worst by the fact that there are on phone number to contact anyone. I am very disappointed with the services.

   Very disappointed came in interested in a few items. Store quiet lots of staff. They where Not interested. Liked the fan display on way in. Went to look at phones and cleaners. No staff came to help had to go and find. Not relly interested in me so in the end i gave up. I bought 2 fans for £70 put again had to find someone to take money. I have a budget of 300 to £400 for items i could have bought at budget but will buy tomorrow somewhere else. I was disappointed and would probably go somewhere else first in future. If I am treated professional i tend to buy there and then as i value my time. Budget need to train and have motivated staff. Sorry to be negative and i hope you take it as constructive.
