   Bought a washer this morning, the falla in the shop was polite and helpful, I also paid an extra £10 for my old washer to be taken the delivery men came this afternoon with new washer, they came across as very arrogant from the start, and refused to take old washer even though they knew I paid for them to take it.they even complained about about carrying the new one through to the kitchen.,

   Absolutely Rubbish Customer Service, 9am-4pm Delivery Which Turned Up At 8pm! They Don't Provide Electricity Tests Sheet & Fridge Freezer Was A Fire Hazard! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

   DO NOT BUY AND FALL FOR IT!!!! chose a washer 9kg delivery times continually changed, eventually got washer unwrapped it all to find wasn't the one in the picture totally different and even different KG so now I'm out of pocket and a tatty washer was hidden underneath layers and layers of cling film, messaged them to no response just getting ignored, now the washer I chose has suddenly disappeared, item unavailable, using a fake picture to scam people DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY

   Went in on Wednesday and got a great deal on a washer/drier. Came the next day with free delivery even though I'm in a first floor flat. The guys couldn't have been more helpful. Very happy. Thankyou

   Having taken my money for a cooker, they promised delivery by 11am the next day. By 1pm it had not arrived so I called. I was fobbed of for 3 hours. Then my calls went unanswered so I text saying it better arrive by 4.30 pm or I will be having my money back. No reply. I wonder if they'd reply if I got the police involved for them obtaining money by deception!?
