   Absolutely shocking business. I'd leave no stars if I could. I have had the unfortunate luck to have this company repair our washing machine via the insurance we have on the machine. The service is so poor. The insurance gave us a date and the repair company keeps moving it. They refuse to book any other appointments in advance. extremely unhelpful. Please avoid should you think about using this company at your own cost. TERRIBLE!

   I have paid £130 to have my dishwasher repaired and have been totally ripped off,7 weeks down the line still waiting for it to be fixed.Terrible customer service,rude,unreliable, tried to fob me off the phone and the engineer who eventually came (and didn’t fix the problem) was on the phone to his boss bad mouthing another customer. Ordered new parts and fitted the wrong ones and then when I chased up with customer service they said ‘the parts are on their way’ they had already been fitted! Absolute shambles and still no further on.

   Absolutely apauling service dreadful coustomer service refused me to speak to service manager requested diffrent engeneer sent same one who didnt repair properly turnded him away at door then rang up n refused me to speak to manager insurance job with D&G insurance lodged major comlaint with them. Been going on for 4 weeks now AVOID!!!!!

   Can never get through to speak to anyone, constantly promise to return your call but never do. Engineer damaged my door but denied it. Don’t use them.
