   Store was busy as you'd expect this time of year but it looked tidy throughout. Staff seemed very attentive and it didn't take long to receive an offer of help. The gent who initially served us was very welcoming , bubbly and friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about the item we were enquiring about. He then handed us over to another guy. This guy was no where near as helpful or chatty as the first fella , its a shame till now we were both really impressed with the service in the store. We decided amongst ourselves which one we wanted before asking to pay. Not a bad shopping experience but could have been so much better.

   Not great. Lots of staff talking to each other and nobody came to help us. Did not have a lot of stock in regards to digital cameras. Way more choice on the website. A lot of the prices seem to be promoting high interest finance plans over the RRP. Although I will say that this does not seem like a local store decision. Walked out without making a purchase after spending 20 minutes being blanked.

   Went to look for a new oven. Plentybof choice but i wasnt sure. Staff was very helpful explaining each oven. I couldn't make my mind up but staff didnt pressure me to buy and advised i think about it then pop back if i had any questions. I did eventually order one online then went to pick it up. staff on entry was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the collection desk was quick at sorting my order and friendly. And the guy who brought the oven out helped my partner load it into the back of the car.

   This place should not exist. I ordered something at Monday. I came Thursday evening and they said I have to still wait because it's not here. And I'll receive massage. I came Friday morning and say I want refund and I go away. The answer. "Can you wait? Your item is probably somewhere inside. After 15min she came with it and happy smiling. However that item cost 40£ more than anywhere. I just bought it because I expected faster delivery to the shop but don't kidding right now. When something cos around 200 and you pay 40 extra just because it's in the store and don't care about delivery. Close this funny place. You earn just on the older people who don't even remember their names.

   There,s an excellent display of goods on show. It has good free parking. There,s nearby eating establishments. If you see something the same cheaper they will match. Lots of TV,s working on display.

   Staff couldn't be bothered. Items on show which are not available and no time scale as to when or if they will be available. Wasted time choosing something they knew was no longer available and still not marked as such when I left. Wanted fridgefreezer dishwasher and kettle. Spent my money elsewhere where I was served with a smile and given free delivery and fitting. Being treated as a valued customer is still important and some staff at Currys St Andrew's Quay need to be reminded of that!!!

   Friendly but had to laugh when a female assistant asked me if i wanted her to carry my microwave to the paying desk. It was very nice of her to ask but I'm only 60yrs old and wasn't struggling. Thanks anyway for your friendly service.

   Bought a fridge and a hoover for my new house. Really helpful and polite staff - made the process extremely smooth and quick since I already knew what I wanted before I came in because I looked online before coming in store. I was able to take my hoover away the same day and get my new fridge delivered 2 days later - the delivery went smoothly and the delivery drivers were polite, it barely took 5 minutes to get the fridge in.

   We were after a new laptop, eventually managed to attract a member of staffs attention. First 3 we chose all out of stock but could order. No good to us as we needed it for the business straightaway. Eventually got one , obviously more expensive ( probably why it was in stock !) . Staff helpful and got a small discount . Will go on- line in future though
