   The food was average, and the building itself was in decent condition. However, cleanliness was definitely an issue. There were flies buzzing around the counter and food display, which was pretty off-putting. While it wasn’t the worst place I’ve seen, it certainly felt like it could have been much cleaner. A little more attention to hygiene would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

   Had a really nice veggie all day breakfast at Cafe Therese, my friend had pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, also thoroughly enjoyed. Very clean, reasonably priced. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

   Nice cafe in a courtyard, just across the road from Portaferry Castle. The food and coffee are excellent and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. There's indoor and outside seating.
