Five stars for a reason! A beauty lounge is the cleanest beauty salon I've ever visited. The attention to hygiene is exceptional, which gives me total peace of mind. As someone who has been a loyal client for two years, I can confidently say they are the best for a reliable, professional, and hygienic services. I've been mostly visiting Agnieszka who is doing my nails and I'm always happy with the outcome. Valentina has been helpful when I needed to postpone the appointment with Agnieszka and quality of her work was beautiful. If You need your skin to be looked after, then Anna will be the person to go to. All u need in one place. Highly recommend!
First time attending this salon and I’ll definitely be back. Valentina did my nails this morning and I’m so extremely happy. We chatted, had a giggle, she explained the next step as I’ve never had gel nails before. Offered me drinks if I wanted one. The place is beautiful, respectful and welcoming. Thank you again.
Highly recommended salon high level of services, everything clearly explained. I have been using Anna's services for over 3 years. I have never been disappointed, full professionalism, understanding of my needs, great manicure, and various types of facial treatments make me feel much younger. They really work. There is also a hairdresser Ana. A woman with great passion, hair is her life!!! she has done my hair several times and I am really impressed how much you can love your job. I highly recommend her

Awful communication! I should have an appointment today to make my eyelashes, but I thought the appointment it was made for Thursday, then I received and message "reminder" in Facebook saying that today I've an appointment at 1:30pm to make my eyelashes, and the "reminder" I got it at 1:30pm, what kind of reminder is that?? I called back and tried to explain what happened and they just said it was too late and I've lost my deposit, (£25). Money it's the least of the problems, what concern me it's the bad communication and the bad work of the worker or whoever is in charge of remind people about the appointments. Really disappointed.

Visited here for the first time today for a brow wax & tint. & I've never been to a place like it. Really pleased with the results and for £11. I usually pay £30 Or £24. So saved quite a bit. And I am mega pleased with the results. So be going back in January for my powder brows!
