Absolutely brilliant place suzi is excellent at her job would not go anywhere else my nails look the same when I go in to have them done 3 weeks later

I went in to just ask if there were any jobs going , the owner of the place was really rude , she just abruptly said nothing going at the moment, and I just asked what they cover in "hair and beauty " she didn't want to engage she said hair and beauty about 3 times, the fact I frequently came here for treatments and she was really sweet then I was so surprised, I tried to explain to her that it sounded rude the way she spoke , but she didn't want to own it in any way , she kept talking over me and told me to leave , she even used her customer as a witness to what she said....and avcourse the customer agreed she wasn't being rude ....however I would have no reason to question her people skills if she was polite ....she might be friendly to her customers as she was to me when I was her customer but in general I just see she is not very nice and has a temper ...she wouldn't even listen to what I was saying....I have worked in customer service for years and in many salons and I would never have spoke to anyone like that if they walked into my salon ...just shows when people progress In life they become to think they are superior to everyone else.....sad .....

love going to the globe to get my hair done,kerry is so gifted at her job and sue the proprietor is so lovely and welcoming.i am so happy to have the globe as my local and reliable hairdressers.

These ladys in here are first class, I went in with my daughter and she had the worst matted bedhead you ever did see, and it was no problem for these ladys, thank you so much, merry Christmas ladys, and thank you so much :-) x
