   Has unqualified kids doing nails. Charges same price for nail art as white tips or colour tips £45. Asked to have removed and give money back. Reply they said sat over 1 hr so no nails so no money back i also sat there for this time. Will NOT GO BACK to much money for not a good job. Avoid.if go only lady who owns shop can do builder gel very very poor service

   If you are black, do well to avoid this place as they will treat you like dirt. I’ve always heard Asians were top racists but this is my first experience. Went in to enquire about waxing. From the door, there was no receptionist and the whole place smelt of some kind of chemical. I stood at the door where the receptionist is supposedly meant to sit and there was no one. Only two people who kept yelling at me, “what do you want”. They yelled at me like I came to steal or I was a criminal just because I wore some joggers and a sweatshirt. I felt irritated as well as scared because I kept saying I wanted to know if you do waxing and they kept yelling “what do you want?”. I said sorry and walked out of the store. I don’t know the experiences of other but this is mine. If you are black, stay away from them.

   Had an appointment. Waited 40 mins after the time as they obviously fitted in walk in customers found them rude talking to each other and no apology. Wont go again . Nails ok

   Had my nails done today with my sister. She regretted it within 5mins, shellac was rushed, nail filing not done properly.. Place was dirty, dust everywhere.. I had my nails done too.. £20 for shellac. Hoping it will last a while. But honestly? We would not recommend this place. And most certainly will not be going back Praying we dont end up with a fungal infection
