My first visit to the salon and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personalised experience from Natalie. My intention was to have my periodic hair trim and after asking Natalie what she thought of my hairstyle and if she would recommend anything else, I ended up having a hair reshape which is great. I postponed my review to see how the cut looks after being washed and styled at home and it's definitely fab. I found Natalie to be patient and communicative, her skills obvious so I will return.
