Perfectly explained skin consultation, amazing knowledge throughout! Followed by one of the loveliest treatments I’ve had…a relaxing back exfoliating treatment and massage. Absolutely heavenly can’t recommend enough. Lianne is consistently amazing in delivering the perfect massage experience….better than any I’ve had in Champneys! Me and my partner went this afternoon. I had Liane and it was the best massage i've had in years. Well worth every penny. Would absolutely recommend and will be back in a few weeks. Perfect depth and pressure, all the right places sorted out. Very happy.
The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, the inside of the building is gorgeous, I found free parking within a 4 minute walk, and the prices are great! The first time I came to get waxed they missed a decent portion of my hair, but they were fantastic and really accommodating after I let them know. They still deserve 5 stars without a question, plus it's an easy mistake so I don't hold it against them. It's worth coming here at least once to see if you like it and if you don't drive then there's two bus stops within a minute walk.
So relaxing. I've seen Jasmine a few times. She's does a great job and puts you at ease immediately. Wish I could have more done.
Been for a massage and laser hair removal with Jasmine. Massage was amazing, also the herbal tea that's served after is sooo nice. Brilliant when having laser hair removal, she always explains everything in detail, always happy and kind. Couldn't recommend enough! The salon itself is also gorgeous!

I had an eye lash lift & tint done and am really pleased with the results. The beautician was friendly and put me at ease,she gave me aftercare advice when she had finished. I was offered a drink when i arrived by another staff member and made to feel relaxed. Lovely salon i will definitely be returning
I enquired about laser hair removal and went to the consultation day. I’ve got to say from the start these girls have been amazing. Great communication. Lovely calm soothing environment in the shop which is so relaxing. A warm welcome and I had everything explained to me. The girls are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Such a progressional set up and I can’t wait to go back for more treatments. Really make you feel at ease.
