   I got a HydraFacial and luxury facial combo, along with threading, at Pooja’s — and the entire experience was amazing! After a long time, I finally found someone who shaped my eyebrows beautifully. The facial was fantastic — I could see the results within a day! Pooja even gave me a complimentary back massage, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend her services.

   I understand that things can be difficult at times, especially with children and other commitments. However, when I booked my appointment, the stylist was aware it was during half term, and I had arranged my day and week around it. On the day of the appointment, I was asked to reschedule, which I don’t think is acceptable as clients plan their time around these bookings. When I passed by the salon later, I noticed the lights were on and someone appeared to be assisting, which made me feel the appointment could possibly have gone ahead. I’ve now booked with another hairdresser and won’t be returning. It’s a shame, as I had expected a more reliable service.

   Exceptional Service & Complete Satisfaction! This is my second review because I am truly delighted with the services provided by Pooja. Initially, I had my hair highlighted and straightened, and I was so impressed that I left a review. Since then, I’ve also had a keratin treatment, facial, and eyebrow shaping, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything turned out absolutely perfect—there’s nothing I would change! Pooja’s attention to detail, skill, and warm approach make every visit a pleasure. I also brought my kids for haircuts, and I really appreciate how patient and gentle she was with them. They had a great experience, and so did I! Thank you, Pooja! You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer, and I’ll be coming back for all my future treatments. Highly recommended!

   It's always a wonderful and relaxing time whenever I have a treatment with Pooja. The luxury facial is so lush and leaves your skin supple and firm after treatment. I also had hair threading which is very satisfactory. Pooja is very professional, accomodating, gentle and skillful at what she does. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs some pampering and relaxation.
