    Booked my daughter in for her hair cut to have all her damaged hair off and her fringe put in and was booked 2days in advance to go to the appointment and basically been charged for nothing as they have cut off hardly anything of the back and apparently too busy to even put her fringe in!! This is disgusting and I was warned not to bring her here and I didn't listen so I definitely will not be returning!! Disgusting charged 11quid for a tiny bit cut of the back!!! Phoned up to make a complaint and lady was telling I need to bring my daughter back which wasn't going to happen. Taken her to another hair dresser who have said that the back of her wasn't even done properly and they had to correct it and actually put her fringe in for her. Disgusting.
