Visited them for a haircut around 11am. Guy was clearly in a rush to get me out of there, nobody waiting and he’s rushing to cut my hair and ends up poking me in the eye with the scissors. No apology. Was also singing very loudly in my ear. Made me pay full price for the haircut after that too.
A massive thankyou to Matt who made our reegan lees spirits lift from a perfect haircut, reegan Lee who is 12 sadly lost his mum recently and Matt doing what he does best made reegan Lees experience the best. You Matt really are a legend!!!
I want to say a massive that’s to the person who just changed my belly bar for me as the old one was to short and not big enough! It was quick and easy and only costed a £10 to get changed! Highly recommend if your gonna get your bellybutton done anywhere it’s Ian’s, and also if your prone to getting infections to metals Ian’s Is the best place to go!❤️

Had a 2nd tattoo with Jamie and will definitely return for more work. This guy certainly is a top artist. I highly recommend him to anybody.
Went to the barbers three times within their advertised hours and each time it was closed. Messaged on 22/6 to express my disappointment, especially as I had left work early to get my boys there. Finally replied today (22/7) a very rude response essentially about how they change their hours in summer and don’t take a lunch break so are entitled to do what they like, and it’s too hot to work… No regard for the fact I left early to get my boys to them for a haircut In their advertised hours not to mention back when I sent my original message the weather was no where near as hot! Clearly their schedule is more important than mine in their opinion. Had already decided we wouldn’t go back but this terrible display or customer service warranted a review.
