Anne-Marie is the best pilates teacher, I have been going to prior physio & pilates a while now & love how I feel after each session. It makes me feel good, lighter & get some great exercises in to move different parts of the body . I have recently had an operation, so I was restricted in what movement I could do. But Anne-marie was great she adapted my pilates session to what I could do. Thanks again, Anne-marie

Anne-Marie is a great and inspiring pilates teacher. The hour I am in the studio with her always flies by. Her training as a physio means she can tailor the session to specific issues which is so helpful. This is such a wonderful way to enjoy pilates; I highly recommend it!

Rediscovered the true benefits of Pilates after several years trying different classes. Anne-Marie provides excellent professional friendly personal 121 tuition and guidance with exercises tailored to individual need. Feel safe and stretched at the same time. The studio is bright, clean, calm and airy. After the first session , I felt β unscrunched β and lighter. Each subsequent session my flexibility has improved.Thanks Anne - Marie !

I started Pilates with Anne-Marie nearly three years ago now and to date my only regret is that I didnβt discover Pilates sooner! Iβm a self employed tradesman, I didnβt really know whether it was for me, or what to expect, but Anne-Marie is caring and patient, puts up with my aches, pains and occasional odd socks! In fact, socks aside, one of the best things about my weekly session is that it is a full body workout completely tailored to how Iβm feeling, and what I feel like working on (or fixing!).This is all in a very pleasant, well laid out studio that is always light, clean, airy and relaxing, a great place for some exercise and to set me up for the day! Since taking up Pilates, my aches and pains are fewer and much further in between. Iβm so much stronger. When I do come home aching, what wouldβve had me in pain for a number of days has usually gone by the following day. Iβm generally much better at being who & what I want to be, instead of spending my weekends feeling broken & recovering from a week of work, Iβm usually full of energy and somewhere in the great outdoors finding more fun ways to break myself! Iβm definitely a convert, Pilates has gone from being something I was going to try and βsee how it wentβ, to something i donβt see myself ever giving up - there are so many benefits. I can highly recommend it to anybody (and frequently do).

The highlight of my week is spending an hour in Anne-Marieβs Pilates Studio. My sessions are physio therapy led and tailored especially for me and my needs, so enjoyment and gaining strength - whatβs not to like. Furthermore Ann-Marie is patient and very kind and we can have a bit of a giggle sometimes. I canβt recommend this studio highly enough. It is well equipped and is meticulously clean. Anne Marie is currently holding classes on zoom , but as a qualified physiotherapist, my class and other clients that are looking for physio led classes are currently able to attend the studio . I did do zoom classes in the first lockdown and that was very successful too. Hopefully the studio will be open to all in the near future.

From a fairly low starting base Pilates with Anne-Marie has really helped me to start getting more in tune with my body and understanding the inter connectivity of muscles and movements. I have seen an improvement in my recovery after exercise thanks to simple but tailored stretching exercises for my needs and We have systematically worked on weak areas/ muscles/ old injuries to strengthen and develop them. The sessions are focussed and challenging while relaxing and calming. I would definitely recommend to anyone lookin to improve flexibility, suppleness and build core strength.
