   I’m not much for this gym, and over priced for what it is. It just didn’t work for me, bit busy no matter what time you went. Class allway seem to be booked, I prefer pure gym or jd gym As there more flexible for people with anaxity in my opinion

   If going for the children's swim please be wary that there is no booking system and therefore YOU CAN BE TURNED AWAY. This has just happened to us and we've had to settle the kids. It's a shame really because the place is clean and well maintained, staff were pleasant it's just that they were full. It's a small pool and obviously popular for the reasons mentioned above. I just want other parents to be aware so they are prepared.

   Nice staff and usually very clean, it’s just difficult to swim here at weekends and i do t understand why they don’t do early doors lanes on Saturdays.

   Fabulous swimming lessons although some teachers can be less reliable than others. However, my son loves going! He’s very happy in the water which is the main thing. Refund process for cancelled lessons isn’t simple.

   Amazing facilities, great price per month for a gym/facility considering what's available. There is also a cafe at the entrance so people/parents have somewhere to wait if watching swimming. The classes and instructors there are also super friendly and very fun to workout with. Very happy I joined!

   Thought this was a great gym with friendly staff until I met the middle aged lady at the reception today with brown hair who was abrupt and had poor customer services skill. Other then her all the other staff have been polite and welcomed me.

   The pool is a fantastic facility, and on a quiet time, fantastic. But we went on a Saturday for a family swim, the pool was so full, there was not possible to do any swimming, more like doggy paddling and splashing within 5ft of space. At £16 for an hour of splashing, it was disappointing. There seems to be no limit on capacity for family swims, I suppose we were spoilt during lock down restrictions, but the number of swimmers during our last visit was no fun.

   Lovely place. I'm using the Stafford club at the moment to gain the knowledge I need for safe and long term health. Once I've learnt these important methods from Anthony I'll be using Stone too as closer for me.

   I go swimming twice a week and have been very impressed with the booking service. There is a limit on numbers so each of the three lanes have a maximum of 10 swimmers. Lots of lockers available . Toilets as you enter and in the female changing room as well as the main changing room for swimmers. About six hairdryers and a large mirror. Lifeguards are very helpful and courteous. Costa coffees available and tables and chairs to view the pool. I recommend it.

   The facilities are excellent. Unfortunately one or two of the reception staff need some serious training on how to actually just talk to people in a courteous manner. Yes I know the public can be difficult but I've been in there three times recently and basically one particular lady is very rude when I'm trying to pay to come in , like it's all too much trouble. Level up please.
