   Cooker purchased did not come with the connecting piece. Having never bought a cooker in the past, I did not know what pieces to check for on purchase and assumed I would be supplied a cooker that could simply be fitted by my chosen gas engineer. The day of fitting came and I discovered that it did not come with a vital piece in order to connect it, which my engineer did not have on hand. Had I been told this piece was not supplied with the cooker, I would have been able to make sure ahead of time that one was available for when the cooker was fitted, however, the sales lady in the shop did not say anything about parts. The result being that I waited a week for my fitter to be available, then now have to wait again because this part was not supplied. This has cost me not only time in taking off work for the appointments but call out fees as well, not to mention the wasted food that we bought in excitement to cook on our fitting day. I called the shop to enquire about this, only to be told my them that my gas fitter was clearly unqualified, could not do simple work and overall was very rude about the cooker not coming with that part as standard. Very, very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

   We bought a cooker and washer from here back in July this year, the washer is absolutely fine no problems, but the cooker is a nightmare! It's an electric fan oven and it burns all our food that we try to cook, it cooks at the same heat wether it's set to 80 degrees or 220 degrees. It seems the longer the cooker is on the hotter it gets and it cooks quicker then the expected time. We've had this problem since we got it but never bothered to chase up. We will buy a new cooker from a proper place. Thanks

   This started out as a one star rating, following an initially difficult experience with a cooker which didn't work and the hassle trying to arrange a repair visit. To be fair, once the boss lady got involved, it was all sorted out quickly and satisfactorily which was great, because I've bought a number of items in the past and want to continue as a customer.
