She was so rude to my mum and I-insulted the fact my mother did her dreads herself and said I quote looked “raggedy” And then came to me and said my Afro was to knotted and told us in a rude tone go away..! And brush ur “dirty hair” We were so shocked at how rude she was,we left and found a differnt salon
I popped by crystals yesterday to look for some hair to match my hair colour. Despite her being extremely busy with clients she assisted me with the perfect colour match and went out of her way to fit me in the same day. Crystal was very welcoming and you can see she loves to make people feel good. She did a fab job on my hair and really went above and beyond to shape the hair to blend with my natural. Would highly recommend visiting crystals if you want your hair doing.
the woman there was rude in front of my young child, made her feel unwelcome and has no people skills at all. disgusting atmosphere and unpleasant attitude, we walked out of the salon
