   staff was relatively polite and friendly, i had gone to the store because i needed an ipad screen protector immediately and this was the only open store. he found a screen protector that fit my ipad, however, it covered the camera. this was the only one they had that fit and i needed it that day, but was concerned as it obviously wasn’t the correct one. he reassured me that it would be fine as most screen protectors cover the camera. he then charged me £20. i have since started university again and was using my ipad to record my lectures. upon watching my recordings back, i discovered my microphone was not working, which i then discovered was due to the screen protector covering the microphone, which was next to the camera. i went into another store in town to get it replaced, he gave me the correct screen and only charged me £8. so not only was i overcharged, but i also lost hours worth of recordings due to my microphone being obstructed. obviously would never go back here
