   Got a hair cut with a younger girl. She was very hesitant to cut it to the length I wanted and because she tilted my head forward while cutting the back and didn’t adjust as she went round the front she cut my hair lopsided so it’s significantly longer in the back than it is at the front. I didn’t realise this until I went home and washed my hair as she had straightened my hair (my hair is relatively straight).

   I booked my appointment for partial hair colour only. I thought everything will be included but suddenly the message comes from them saying you haven’t book any time for toner/ cut & blow dry, so we are rescheduling. I mean what if someone just want to do highlights and not cutting. I didn’t like it. I feel like you don’t value £45. Thank god didn’t go ahead with it.
