   Visited Patsys today. Made to feel very welcome by Ritchie the current owner. Absolute gentleman. Great craic in the place. Nice open fire in the back. I even got 2 free pints when i told him we were staying in Kilkeel for my birthday!!. Well recommended.

   Pleasantly surprised to find a pub with such amazing character as myself and 3 others passed through Kilkeel. When we started running out of sterling to pay for drinks the owner decided he'd just give us our last few rounds on the house.. and then he drove us back to our accomodation when he saw us struggling to get a taxi. Richard is the owner and an absolute gent and character. Do yourself a favour and stop by Patsys for a warm welcome. Great selection on the dukebox too as well as a a dartboard for a bit of fun. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone!
