This was my first visit today after walking through the door on Tuesday feeling absolutely awful following an absolutely disastrous hair cut at another salon. From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed and listened to which was really wonderful and not judge which I'd convinced myself they would. An appointment was booked with Maisy today and I was reassured that she would help me. Well what can I say but a massive thank you to Maisy, I can't tell her just how much it meant to be really listened too and for her to explain everything to me. My hair looks and feels amazing now. I feel so much happier and confident. Everyone made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I've already booked my next appointment! Thank you Maisy and everyone.
First visit here yesterday as new to the area. Caitlin did a lovely job, listening to what I wanted. Very pleased with end result. Lovely and chatty, felt very comfortable. Will definitely return.
Lorna and her lovely staff have looked after my hair, on and off, for many years. Always welcoming and providing a drink and a delicious nibble. Not been let down by a bad cut. Occasionally needed an emergency appointment and fantastically always fitted me in within a 24-hour window. Impressive, especially when they have been so busy.
I am going to this sallon for over a year now and I always enjoy every minute of it. Caitlin is a very good hairdresser, she listenes to my requests and always does her best to make my hair beautiful. I also love the coffee/tea and surprise confectiary, I never had this at any sallon before.

Lorna was brilliant today as always. She takes the time to try to understand what you would like even if your not sure yourself. My hair is difficult to cut because it’s got really soft curls and is really fine but the quality of the colour and cut is fab.
I have been coming to the salon for almost a year now and absolutely love my hair every time. When I started having my hair done here it was in such bad condition and after 5 months of treatments, it is back looking super healthy. Could not recommend the team here more x
