Disappointed, booked on Fresha to have bouncy blow dry for my birthday , told half hour before appointment that the person isn’t in to do my hair . Given a later time instead which wasn’t possible as I have to leave for London . Not reliable if you have an occasion

Great cut and blow dry with Sammy. Smashing head massage with the wash as well - so relaxing. Really good stylist and am very pleased indeed
