Great vetinary surgery, staff very friendly and polite have been several times with my rabbits and they have always been very helpful also great with our new addition to our pet family of our dog casper
Took Gizmo for his Annual booster he loves the ladies behind the counter and he behaved well for Mr Houghton while he done his health checks
Staff were very friendly and pleasant.The vet who treated Bella was very good with her as she is usually very anxious but she stayed very calm while he vaccinated and weighed her
I took my pet here , when he was ill. The lady from the reception was lovely. The vet(elderly man I forgot his name)was very rude and told me to put my pet directly on the cold floor , (instead of on the table where they normally put pets)he did not even touch or do any checkup on my pet and suggested to euthanise him, this vet’s attitude towards my pet and me was the worst and having to be treated like that,during an emotional time was very stressful. I had to leave this place and find another vet. Stay away from them!
A warm and welcoming practice with friendly helpful staff. The gentleman who treats my pet is very experienced and has treated my animals from way back. He is informative and knowledgeable always happy to answer my questions and allay any concerns. He shows a genuine interest in my pet’s health and advises of any changes I could make to improve it.
