   Had a haircut this morning and had a poor experience as it was done by an inexperienced trainee. I had few a blade cuts and bleeding on my forehead, hair was very short at the front, long at the middle and back of head . In short ,I looked like a clown at the end of my haircut. I had to spent another £13 with another barber in the area to get myself presentable. One kind request to the owner,please make sure that you support your students and don’t experiment with your longtime clients.

   Before coming to Golden Cut, I was sure I found one of the better barbers in Waterlooville. Since coming here for the first time ever, I am pleased to say that my views have changed! Not only was Golden Cut a much more quality haircut, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was in the very capable hands of Sour (I do hope i spelt that correctly) and his trainee. They both delivered a first class experience. On top of all of this, when I mentioned the fact it was my birthday yesterday, they did not hesitate to make sure I was looked after. They offered me a discount on the skin fade and the beard trim, and a free pot of hair styling product! I do hope no one tries using this excuse to get out of paying full price however, because they are worth every penny! Thankyou so much for the cut, you have most definitely earned yourself a new customer! All the best, Josh

   OK cut and reasonable price. Unfortunately however, not the friendliest of staff and if you like to have a cut with the smell of cigarette smoke, so be it. Don't accept debit/credit card, which is fine, but would be good if told this before having a cut... Miserable staff, and place could do with a clean, supposed to be a business! Won't come here again. 2 stars is because it is reasonable price for an alright haircut, and for the pool table - cool if two friends are waiting, I guess? Just need to be more customer friendly that's all.
