Bianca always cuts my hair nice and her prices for OAPs are very good, I always like to give her a tip as she is good cutting hair also she is very polite. Her dog is lovely and lovable.
Disappointed is how I’d sum up my recent experience and that’s why I’m writing this review. I’ve been a regular customer at Biancas who almost always tips for a while now. Their hair cuts are fine, but the reason that they will no longer be receiving my business is a lack of customer appreciation. I showed up to an empty barbershop with 2 workers in, almost 25 minutes before closing time and they refused to cut my hair because it would be a few minutes after closing time when they finish. That’s their prerogative and as a business if that’s their decision then fine, but it has basically communicated to me that they don’t appreciate or want me as a customer. So from now on, I will be using alternatives.
My so was extremely pleased with his haircut for the first time ever! He won't go anywhere else now.
I go to the barber shop because there is a super talented tattoo artist in the back room. Ask for Beth and she would be happy to talk to you. The hairdresser's are really friendly though so if you are looking for a good relaxed barber couldn't recommend better.
I took my kids to have their hair cut here. Jo was really patient and took her time with my wriggly kids! So, so happy with the finished look and the kids were made up with the lollypop at the end! Will definitely return and definitely recommend.
Have been coming here since it opened and have always been very pleased with the quality of the haircuts and the value for money. Bianca and her staff are great and very professional. They work hard and take a lot of care to get everything right for their customers. Always a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
