Every time I’ve been to The Lounge, I’ve been warmly welcomed. I have long, thick hair that is difficult to manage but Caron knows how to cut it in a way that makes it manageable. She’s always careful and attentive while working on my hair but is also friendly and chatty. I love that she’s also nurturing future talent through her teaching skills too.
I came out very disappointed as was nothing like I had asked for. Was curled so difficult to see the cut but assured would definitely look different. I Wanted a re-style , none of my family or friends noticed any difference. Had to book with another salon as embarrassed to return. The lady was very friendly but not experienced enough
Had my waxing done today by Lorraine, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me my most pain-free wax experience ever. Fantastic. Booked again for 6 weeks and will most definitely book other treatments in too. Highly recommended.
When you walk in everyone is always so lovely and kind. I had my eyebrows waxed by Lorraine who was so kind and thoughtful she offered me a blanket/ towel as I said I was cold. I love what she has done with my eyebrows they look amazing. Will definitely be going again.
My favourite place to relax and unwind. Wish I had longer hair so I could stay longer!! Caron and Rachel are really super stylists, I am always pleased with my hair. Easy to book and in my price range x
Decided to get eye lash extensions for the first time and so glad that I did! The eye lashes are exactly what I was looking for and the lady who did them (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was so friendly and professional. All staff were friendly and welcoming and the salon is very clean and looks very professional, will definitely be coming back for more treatments. Thank you!
Fantastic service. Very clean salon with a relaxed atmosphere. My daughter (7) came along for a pamper too and they went above and beyond to make her feel like a princess. Our nails look gorgeous and we will definitely be booking again to try more services.
The lady was lovely and welcoming and couldn't fault that. I had a cut and full head foils which took 5 hours from 2 - gone 7pm she has absolutely destroyed my hair. The layers are uneven and blocky, the foils didn't even go to the root, they are also uneven. I asked for a rose gold toner which didn't even look like rose gold when complete. It was hard to tell in the salon, until I washed my hair and My usual hairdresser checked my layers and said they are shocking. My appointment was about 3 weeks ago and wasn't going to write this review but I've had to pay additional money on top of the £112 which I paid to fix the mistake. Not impressed!
