   Went to Capelli's today for a full body massage. I had never used the salon before but it had a pleasant atmosphere. The therapist, Lisa, was charming and really responsive to the details I gave her. Unfortunately I don't get massages regularly as they are quite expensive, but I can certainly recommend Lisa if you are contemplating booking a treatment.

   I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with my service today and hair results that I will definitely be back! Trying a new hair salon is always tricky but I was so welcomed at Capelli and instantly felt relaxed, thank you! I absolutely love my hair and I cant wait to come back.

   This is the second time I have used this hairdresser and this is the second time I have been let down. Last time the colour was wrong but the cut was good but they did kindly rectify the colour free of charge. This time, as you can see by the photo, the cut was a monumental failure!! And it's not like they hadn't enough hair to work with at the start. I was looking for a fresh new look not a middle aged, frumpy and dated one.

   Through disorganisation on my part I came to Capelli for a Brazilian wax instead of my usual salon and I'm really glad I did. I was made to feel at ease, they were professional, attentive and we had a giggle in the process. I highly recommend them for beauty treatments of the sensitive kind. I'll be booking with them again.
